Faults
For peace of mind, Real Nappies offer a guarantee of workmanship for 30 days after the purchase of your nappies. All care is taken to ensure that each nappy/cover is made to the highest standards, but if you do find a defect in a nappy/cover, please contact us as soon as possible and we will arrange for a repair or replacement at our discretion.
The faulty product will need to be returned to us for inspection, and will be replaced with the exact same product where available.
Warranty Information
Real Nappies products are made from premium quality materials, and we offer a unique extended warranty that covers your nappies and covers to last through 2 of your children, which covers elastic, fastenings (Velcro-type) and stitching issues. This is based on a minimum of 6 covers and 18 nappies per size and per child, allowing regular turn-over of the product.
How long the nappies/covers last will depend on the use and abuse of the nappies, as well as several variables such as your washing machine, washing powder and water in the area among other things.
Please note extensive machine drying of your product will reduce the life expectancy of your products. Our Splash Wraps are made from a cotton outer fabric, and as all cotton products, will show wear with time and use. This wear of the cotton will generally not affect the performance of the nappy. Nappies/covers are used and washed every two days on average, and this alone will cause wear on the products.
We will not be responsible for any wear and tear issues, as this is not a defect of the product.
This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear of the nappies or covers, fading or leaking issues. The use of bleach, vinegar, whiteners, laundry additives, fabric softeners or washing powders with enzymes on the nappies/covers will void this warranty.
Warranty only applies if care instructions have been followed. Warranty applies to the original purchaser only. Please ensure you keep your receipt as you will need to present this for any warranty claims.
Nappies/covers will need to be returned to Real Nappies for inspection, and we will arrange a replacement at our discretion (replacement will be with an exact same product where available).
Please contact us before sending your nappies/covers with a description of the problem. Returned nappies/covers must be in clean, washed and dry condition and free of foreign particles (hair, lint etc) or they will be returned to you.
